Aviva’s Global Risk Management Solutions and Onyx Insight have partnered to help wind asset owners and operators reduce operational and insurance risks while improving asset lifecycle management.
The pilot partnership will enable Aviva customers to adopt Onyx Insight’s artificial intelligence-driven predictive analytics and engineering services to support proactive turbine maintenance. The collaboration combines Onyx Insight’s condition monitoring expertise with Aviva’s risk management capabilities to help reduce downtime, manage operation and maintenance risks and support long-term asset performance.
The offering includes retrofit condition monitoring systems for drivetrains, blades, towers and foundations, end-of-warranty health assessments, condition monitoring services, advanced supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and fleet analytics, remaining useful life modelling, operational expenditure forecasting, root cause analysis and main bearing life extension services.
