Brevini Wind Germany has shipped its first 3MW wind main gearbox prototype to WinWinD. The 35 tons gearbox was tested and assembled in the German facility of Brevini Wind in Bad Homburg.
After having successfully terminated overload testing of the prototypes at Brevini Wind as well as field tests at WinWinD, later this year the series production will begin in the German facility.
