NKE Fersa and Nanoprecise have launched their new Condition Monitoring System for wind turbines. The NKE Condition Monitoring System, equipped with Nanoprecise's technology, combines a 6-in-1 wireless sensor with an AI-driven cloud-based platform.
This system continuously monitors critical parameters in wind turbines, such as vibration, temperature, humidity, acoustic emission, speed, and magnetic flux, providing broad and precise insights into the application’s performance. The partnership is initially focusing on North American and European markets, with plans for global expansion later on. NKE Fersa, headquartered in Steyr, Austria, manufactures bearings for wind turbines. Nanoprecise Sci Corp provides predictive maintenance solutions and specialises in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology to offer energy-centred maintenance (ECM) solutions for a wide array of industrial machinery.
