Apex Clean Energy has announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) and a surplus interconnection service agreement (SISA) with the electric cooperative Great River Energy for the 300 MW Big Bend Wind project.
Located in Cottonwood, Watonwan, and Martin Counties, Minnesota, USA, Big Bend Wind is expected to commence commercial operations in 2028. This marks the first instance of Apex executing both a PPA and SISA with the same counterparty.
