The Ministry of Energy and Clean Energy Capital, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Green Energy Company, have signed an Implementation Agreement to assess, develop, and realise an offshore wind project.
The agreement sets out plans for an initial 200 MW stage, with a total capacity of 600 MW foreseen for later phases. Under the terms of the agreement, Clean Energy Capital will carry out research in a defined area of the Caspian Sea.
