CWind has won a contract to provide mechanical & electrical services to the offshore and onshore substations at Westermost Rough offshore wind farm.
The company has signed up CWind to maintain the mechanical and electrical systems of both the offshore and onshore substations as well as the routine inspections of the onshore cables for the 205 MW project 8 kilometres off the Holderness coast. The contract covers all routine inspection, diagnostics and planned maintenance work, as well as a first response service and offshore transport, for a period of 20 years commencing in February 2016.
