Starting in January 2017, Deutsche Windtechnik will be providing service for six Senvion 5M turbines at the alpha ventus offshore wind park, which is jointly owned by EWE, E.ON and Vattenfall.
With a view towards optimising the operating costs, a standard maintenance contract was signed with the independent company to provide service for six of the twelve wind turbines. The contract will run for five years and covers remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance and comprehensive service at cost for the six turbines, including possible replacement of large components and stockpiling of spare parts.
