EDP, through its majority-owned subsidiary EDP Renováveis, has signed an agreement to sell its full stake in a 150 MW portfolio of operating wind farms in Greece to Principia, a company jointly owned by Enel and Macquarie Asset Management.
The deal values the portfolio at about € 200 million. It includes four wind farms that have been in operation for an average of around 1.5 years and are supported by 20-year Contracts for Difference. Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory and other customary approvals and is expected during 2025.
