Enercon will supply 20 E-175 EP5 E2 wind turbines for the Aydin–Denizli wind farm in western Turkey. The supply contract was signed with onshore wind operator RT Enerji following its award under the YEKA 5 tender from the Turkish Ministry of Energy.
The project has a total capacity of 140 MW. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2027, with commissioning expected by the end of October 2027. The turbines will be installed on steel towers with hub heights of 112 metres.
