Greensolver was selected by Envision Energy to perform technical due diligence advisory work for the transaction. The transaction involved the entity Velocita France with its development team, as well as a portfolio of 500MW made up of 27 wind farms at various stages of development, all located in France.
Technical due diligence mission was performed by Greensolver’s team from April to July 2016 with a special focus on wind resource assessment for the 27 wind farms involved in the purchase.
