Envision Energy India has secured a 300 MW order from UPC Renewables India for 60 wind turbines from the EN 182|5 MW platform. The turbines have a 182-metre rotor diameter and a hub height of 140 metres.
UPC Renewables India plans to install the 5 MW units at upcoming sites in Karnataka. Agreements for the first 20 turbines, totalling 100 MW, have been completed, with delivery scheduled for early next year. This capacity is linked to a power supply contract with SJVN for January 2027. UPC Renewables India is a joint venture of Acen and UPC Renewables.
