Nordex has received its first commercial order for the N90/2500 from China. Nordex has been preparing its Chinese plants for the production of the 2.5MW platform.
The customer is power station operator Zhongmin Wind Power, a subsidiary of the Fujian Investment Group. The state-owned company develops and operates various infrastructure projects and plans to be installing around 1,000MW of new wind farm capacity over the next five years. The 30MW project is located close to the coast near Zhongcuo. The park is to be completed by the end of 2012.
