GE and Hawa Energy inaugurate wind farm in Pakistan

GE Renewable Energy and Hawa Energy have inaugurated the 50MW wind farm, Hawa Power Project, in the Gharo-Keti Bandar Wind Corridor in Jhimpir, Sindh, Pakistan.

 

Power China, as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor, installed 29 1.7-103 wind turbines. GE will also provide 10 years of operations and maintenance services as part of the contract.
