Green Arrow Capital (GAC) has announced the acquisition of 70% of a 55MW portfolio of 5 wind farms through the Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future fund (GAIF).
The plants, already in operation, were developed and built by the Lazzari & Lucchini SpA Group (L&L), which remains a minority shareholder. In addition to the acquisition of the first 5 assets (which became operational in 2022), the signing of the agreement foresees the acquisition of the majority of 2 “Ready-to-build” wind farms from L&L. The portfolio, located in the South of Italy, will be fully operational by 2024.
