EDF Renewables has placed a 45 MW order for the Karamoutzi and Karfoula wind parks, to be located in Viotia, Greece. The contract includes the supply and installation of ten V136-4.5 MW wind turbines, as well as a service agreement. Turbine delivery is planned for the third quarter of 2024, while commissioning is scheduled for the fourth quarter of the same year.
 
Italy-based engineering and construction company SIMIC has placed a 74 MW order for the Villacidro and Musei wind parks, to be located in Sardinia, Italy. The contract includes the supply and installation of 12 V162-6.2 MW wind turbines, as well as a 20-year service agreement. Turbine delivery is planned for the first half of 2024, whilst commissioning is expected for the second half of 2024.
 
Vestas has also secured a 151MW order for several wind parks in Spain. The contract includes the supply and installation of 26 V136-4.5 MW, three V163-4.5 MW wind turbines and another five V136-4.5 MW wind turbines delivered in 4.0 operating mode. The  contract includes a 15-year service agreement. Turbine delivery is expected to start in the second half of 2024 whilst commissioning is planned for the last quarter of 2024 and the first half of 2025. The projects and customer are undisclosed.
 
Vestas has secured a 55 MW order with Renova, Inc. for the Reihoku Amakusa Onshore Wind project in Kumamoto prefecture, Japan. Vestas will supply 13 Vestas V117-4.2 MW wind turbines to the project. The turbines will be installed with a high-tower solution with 112-meter hub heights. The order also includes a 20-year service agreement. Turbine delivery will begin in the fourth quarter of 2024, with commissioning scheduled for completion in 2026.
