Iberdrola has signed a wind farm maintenance contract with the consortium made up of General Electric and Spain’s Tamoin Energías Renovables for nearly 400MW in Spain.
The three-year renewable contract, with a possible two year extension, covers predictive and preventative maintenance of 310 General Electric wind turbines at nine of Iberdrola’s wind farms in Spain. Under this agreement, the General Electric-Tamoin Energías Renovables consortium will oversee maintenance activities, guaranteeing the strict levels of availability and response times required by Iberdrola Group.
