MetOceanWorks delivering metocean study for hydrogen producing offshore wind turbine

Vattenfall has engaged the technical expertise of MetOceanWorks to deliver metocean design criteria for the planned hydrogen pipeline for the HT1 project.

 

The project is developing the world’s first hydrogen-producing offshore wind turbine, with the electrolyser sited directly onto an existing operational turbine at the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre in Aberdeen Bay.
