Project development company Pennant Walters has now ordered five N100/2500 and four N90/2500 turbines from Nordex for the Welsh wind farm “Mynydd Bwllfa” together with premium service for a period of 15 years.
Following a contract for 52.5 megawatts in 2011, this is the second order which Pennant Walters, a subsidiary of the Walters Group, has placed with Nordex. Work on constructing the “Mynydd Bwllfa” (“mountain pass”) wind farm will commence in October 2014 in South Wales near the town of Hirwaun.
