NovaWind, Rosatom’s wind power division,and representatives of An Xuan Energy have signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of a wind farm in Vietnam.
The agreement envisions a partnership to construct a 128MW wind farm in the Son La Province in north-western Vietnam. An Xuan Energy JSC is an energy development and investment company specialising in the development of power projects, including hydro, solar, wind and biomass power plants. In addition to its hydropower sites, An Xuan Energy has been developing a renewable pipeline of 140MW solar and 430MW wind energy in Vietnam.
