REpower Systems SE has signed a contract with RWE Innogy for the delivery of 54 offshore wind turbines.
The REpower 6M turbines, each with 6.15MW of rated power, are intended for the Innogy Nordsee 1 wind farm. The project with a total capacity of 332MW is based in the German North Sea, around 40 km north of the Island of Juist.
