Vestas has received an order for a project in Australia that includes the supply and installation of 50 V150-4.2MW turbines, as well as a ten-year service agreement. Commissioning of the turbines is scheduled to commence between the third and fourth quarter of 2021.The project and customer names are undisclosed.
 
Vestas has also received a 49MW order for two projects in Italy. The auction-based projects, located in the Campania region, will include six V110-2.0MW wind turbines delivered in 2.2MW operating mode and ten V117-3.45MW wind turbines in 3.6MW operating mode. The supply and installation contract also includes a 5-year service agreement.  Turbine delivery and commissioning are planned for the first half 2021. The names of the wind parks are undisclosed as per customer request.
 
Vestas has received an order from Vattenfall Wind Development Netherlands for the Jaap Rodenburg II project in the Netherlands. The wind project will be installed in the Province Flevoland, near Almere and will feature ten V117-3.45MW turbines with 91.5 m towers delivered in 3.6MW operating mode. The contract further includes supply, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a 10-years service agreement. Deliveries are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2021, while commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2021.
 
The renewable energy producer Elicio has placed a 32MW order for the Le Haut Plateau wind project in France. The contract includes the supply and installation of nine V136-3.45MW wind turbines delivered in 3.6 operating mode, as well as a service agreement for at least the next 20 years. Turbine delivery will begin in the third quarter of 2021, with commissioning scheduled for the fourth quarter of the same year.
 
Further Valeco has placed a 42MW order for three wind projects in France. The contract includes the supply and installation of eight V100-2.0MW wind turbines delivered in 2.2MW operating mode and eight V117-3.45MW wind turbines in 3.0MW operating mode, as well as service agreements. The name and location of the projects are undisclosed. Turbine delivery and commissioning are scheduled for the first half of 2021.
 
The company also has received a 151MW order of V136-3.45MW turbines delivered in 3.6MW operating mode from Capital Power for the 97MW Whitla Wind 2 and 54MW Whitla Wind 3 projects in Alberta, Canada.  The order includes supply and commissioning of the turbines as well as a 10-year service agreement. Turbine delivery and commissioning are scheduled for 2021.
 
Vestas also has received an order for 278MW of V150-4.2MW turbines for a project in the USA.  Including previously purchased 4MW components, the project has a total nameplate capacity of 302MW. The order includes supply and commissioning of the turbines as well as a 10-year service agreement. Turbine delivery will begin the second quarter of 2021 with commissioning scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.The project and customer are undisclosed.
