Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 19 V112-3.3MW turbines, with an option for another eight wind turbines, in Germany.
Customer KGE Windpark Schipkau Nord GmbH & Co. KG ordered the turbines for the Kettwitz II project located in Brandenburg, Germany. The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the wind turbines, along with a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution and a 15-year full-scope service agreement (AOM 4000). Delivery of the wind turbines is planned to begin in the second half of 2014 with commissioning expected completed in the first quarter of 2015.
