Kangal Elektrik Uretim A.S, a subsidiary of Ece Tur Construction, has placed an order to construct the second phase of the Kangal RES wind power plant in the Sivas province, Turkey.

The firm and unconditional order comprises the supply and installation of 17 units of the V110-2.0MW wind turbine corresponding to 34MW. The contract also includes an eight-year full scope Active Output Management (AOM 4000) service agreement. Turbine delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015, with commissioning expected in the fourth quarter of 2015. 

Vestas also has received a firm and unconditional order for 12 V112-3.0MW turbines for a wind power project to be located in northwestern Poland. The order was placed by Green Bear Corporation. The wind turbine delivery is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2015 with commissioning expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the 12 V112-3.0MW turbines on 140 metres tower, including the option for an additional 13th turbine on 119 metres tower, along with a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution and a 15-year service agreement (AOM 5000).
