Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Axpo Services (Axpo) on the sale of a 66MW onshore Italian wind farm to Edison Rinnovabili (Edison).
The wind farm, which is located in Bisaccia in the southern Campania region, is fully operational and benefits from the relevant feed-in tariffs regime. It consists of 22 wind turbines and can produce an average of 100 MWh of electricity per year. This plant joins the other 10 plants that Edison has in Campania, with a total capacity of around 300MW.
