Windstream Energy Inc. has announced that it is expanding its Ontario development pipeline of wind power projects into western Canada and toward opportunities in the High Plains area of the western United States.
Since 2005, the company has been monitoring wind resources and pursuing
land lease agreements in Ontario. Windstream is now developing a
portfolio of large-scale wind farms with a total capacity of over
3,000MW. Windstream also announced the addition of an experienced
expert, Mark Bell, to help drive the company's projects forward.
