ABB has formed a strategic partnership with LevelTen Energy and made a minority investment in the company. LevelTen Energy, headquartered in the USA, operates a marketplace for clean energy transactions, including power purchase agreements (PPAs). The company has facilitated more than 20 GW of clean energy transactions across more than 35 markets in North America and Europe for customers including hyperscalers, commercial and industrial companies, and utilities.
The partnership combines ABB's expertise in electrification, digital solutions and energy management with LevelTen Energy's platform to strengthen ABB's energy and carbon advisory services. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
