BW Ideol has announced its first hire in North America with the appointment of Christopher Dorman as the Head of Development, USA.Reporting directly to BW Ideol’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Chris will lead efforts to advance the development of the Vandenberg floating wind pilot-project in California, USA, as well as prepare for the forthcoming BOEM lease auctions on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts. Chris has over a decade of renewable energy experience. Before returning to North America in 2020 to serve as the Offshore Permitting Manager for Mainstream Renewable Power, Chris was a key member of the team that led the expansion of Mainstream across the globe.
