Carel (Italy) has acquired 100% of the share capital of Cotes, a Denmark-based provider of desiccant dehumidification solutions. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Aarhus, Cotes designs, develops, manufactures and supplies desiccant dehumidifiers for industrial applications, including wind energy, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food processing, refrigerated warehouses and battery production.
The company employs more than 120 people and operates from its headquarters in Denmark, with production facilities in Poland, sales offices in Denmark and Germany, and an international network of distributors and partners.
