Flender has opened a new service facility in Campbellfield, Melbourne, operated through its wind division, Winergy. The site will act as Winergy’s main service hub in Australia and support operations across the wider Asia-Pacific region.
The facility has been designed to meet current and future wind turbine drivetrain service needs. It features a multi-megawatt test bench to carry out comprehensive load testing on serviced units. Heavy-lift crane capacity has been installed to handle both existing and next-generation drivetrain components. The centre also includes modern racking, logistics systems, and integrated office and workshop space.
