Spie Global Services Energy has signed an agreement to acquire Worley Power Services, a subsidiary of Worley Group, in Australia. Worley Power Services operates across wind farms, power plants and gas pipelines, providing operation and maintenance services across Australia.
Over the past five years, the business has shifted its focus towards low-carbon power generation assets. It is currently contracted to deliver operation and maintenance services for 27 power generation assets with a combined capacity of more than 2,700 MW, alongside more than 1,100 kilometres of gas pipelines.
For the financial year ended 30 June 2025, Worley Power Services generated approximately 70 million euros in revenue and employed around 320 people. Following completion of the transaction, Worley Power Services will be renamed Spie Power Services.
