Gurit reported sales growth across its three business areas in the first nine months of 2026. The company confirmed its full-year guidance following its third-quarter performance. For 2026, Gurit expects net sales growth of 9–11% from continuing operations at constant exchange rates and an adjusted operating profit margin of around 10%.
Net sales reached CHF 239.5 million, an increase of 14.3% at constant exchange rates compared with the same period in 2025.
Wind Materials recorded net sales of CHF 129.5 million, up 7.5% at constant exchange rates year on year. Growth was mainly driven by higher volumes from key original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers. Sales during the quarter also included additional deliveries to compensate for supply constraints affecting some competitors.
Manufacturing Solutions reported net sales of CHF 38.4 million, an increase of 61.1% at constant exchange rates compared with the first nine months of 2025. Performance was supported by demand from wind industry customers and mould deliveries. Market activity in India remained strong, supported by continued investment in manufacturing capacity.
Marine & Industrial recorded net sales of CHF 70.3 million, up 9.6% at constant exchange rates year on year. Growth was driven by demand in the subsea market and stable demand for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in industrial applications. Sales increased sequentially throughout the first nine months despite a subdued marine market, tariffs and changes in raw material markets. Gurit’s new facility in Dallas, USA, became operational during the period to support growth in the subsea market.
The company said changes in the US tariff environment continue to affect international supply chains. Gurit is responding through mitigation measures and operational adjustments, drawing on its global manufacturing and sourcing network.
