Paramedic at Offshore Wind Farm Photo Michael Hellfritz JohanniterJohanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and SeaRenergy Offshore Holding have entered into a framework agreement for the provision of services for offshore wind projects.
 
The covers the provision of a rescue concept, including the provision of offshore paramedics from Johanniter's offshore rescue department in the Stedingen (Germany) local branch within the Weser-Ems regional association, to SeaRenergy for offshore wind industry projects in the North and Baltic Sea.
 
SeaRenergy offers a wide range of consulting and engineering services, as well as offshore marine, QHSE, and personnel recruitment services for all stakeholders in the offshore wind industry.
 
Johanniter's offshore rescue department has been providing medical services to the offshore wind industry for ten years. The company provides medical professionals for platforms, installation, and service vessels in the North and Baltic Sea, staffs the offshore wind park emergency control center (NOW) of the “Gesellschaft für Maritimes Notfallmanagement” (GMN), and provides emergency medical personnel for the offshore rescue helicopters of its partner NHC Northern Helicopter.
