Nearthlab has announced a strategic partnership with Rio Energy, a company recently acquired by Equinor.
The partnership aims to advance blade inspections across wind farms in Brazil by utilising NearthWIND Mobile, a software solution that turns off-the-shelf drones into autonomous inspection drones connected to a smart device. The data collected from the inspection is uploaded onto Zoomable, Nearthlab's cloud-based analytics platform. Nearthlab, launched in 2015, is an AI-powered autonomous inspection platform for infrastructure inspection facilities.
