Pexapark has acquired RenewaFi, a market intelligence platform focused on renewable energy and battery storage in ERCOT, the electricity grid covering most of Texas. This acquisition marks Pexapark’s expansion into the USA.
Founded by former power originator Noam Yaffe, RenewaFi provides insights into ERCOT Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) tolling. The company launched its price tracking solution in April 2024.
