Scada International continues its expansion by acquiring Quantec Systems GmbH. Quantec, based in Hannover, Germany, was founded in 2017 as a software-focused spinout of its predecessor company.
Quantec, renowned for its software solution Clavis, provides a hardware-agnostic interface that enables real-time monitoring of distributed renewable energy assets. The aim of this acquisition is to generate synergies through technology integration, accelerate the technology roadmap, and provide end-to-end offerings to Scada International’s customers. Through this acquisition, Quantec can scale into new markets.
