Scada International is expanding its business by acquiring Sweet Geeks. The company employs over 35 senior consultants who, since 2017, have assisted numerous Danish and international players in the energy industry.
Sweet Geeks anticipates a final revenue of 50 million DKK at the end of 2023 and will remain an independent pillar within SCADA International's portfolio. However, the ambition is to ensure synergies between the two companies and their business areas. The transaction is expected to be completed in January 2024.
