The company climbed more than 500 rankings from last year's placement, based on its 60% revenue growth from 2004-2007. Headquartered in Somerville, Massachusetts, where it employs about 40 people, Second Wind has a sales force in North America along with dealers in Europe and Asia. Products are placed in more than 40 countries and on all seven continents, including Antarctica.
