Deutsche WindGuard Systems has added wonBOT, an artificial intelligence-powered digital assistant, to its WONDER asset management system. Users can ask questions in natural language within the platform to retrieve operational information about their renewable energy portfolios.
wonBOT can answer questions about portfolios, assets and master data, as well as retrieve information from asset history records, including maintenance activities, actions taken and past events. It can also handle queries involving filters and date ranges, such as identifying maintenance tasks carried out on a specific wind turbine during a defined period.
The assistant processes data within the customer’s own infrastructure and does not transfer information to external systems. It is integrated with WONDER’s access controls and tenant structure.
