Hanwha Ocean has secured Approval in Principle (AIP) from DNV for the preliminary front-end engineering design (Pre-FEED) of its WindHive 15-H3 floating offshore wind turbine platform.
The platform is designed to support 15 MW offshore wind turbines with rotor diameters of 240 metres and features a structure comprising three hexagonal columns.
