Mass Megawatts Wind Power has reported the initial sale of the most recent company's patented, 'Wind Electric Power Generator' with only seven moving components.
This wind-based, power system produces clean energy that's well suited at remote and rural locations, including agricultural and commercial facilities. The initial unit was purchased for US$ 47,000 by a local rancher in Colorado. The site is located within a wind-class 5 territory, and the power generator will be interconnected to the utility grid. The customer's onsite energy needs will be supplemented by the Mass Megawatts' wind-electric system, with surplus power being sold directly to the utility.
