Acciona Windpower has signed a contract with NaturEner USA, LLC to supply 189MW for the Rim Rock wind park in Montana, USA.
In addition to supplying the turbines, Acciona Windpower will manage the transport and the start-up of the wind turbines, as well as the operation and maintenance of the installation for seven years. Rim Rock will have 126 wind turbines with a unit capacity of 1.5MW and a rotor diameter of 77 meters. Delivery and installation will be carried out throughout 2012.
