Nordex received a contract for the delivery of 20 turbines from its 2.5MW series from Turkish power station operator Bilgin Enerji.
The Zeytineli wind farm is to be installed on the hill rows of Alaçat?-Çe?me in the province of Izmir in the first quarter of 2013. The financial partners for the wind farm are BayernLB and Euler Hermes Kreditversicherung. In addition to the conventional sale of electricity, Bilgin Enerji also plans to market carbon credits from the project.
