Akita Yurihonjo Offshore Wind selects MHI Vestas turbines

Renova has announces that Akita Yurihonjo Offshore Wind (AYOW), which is jointly owned by Renova, Cosmo Eco Power, JR-East Energy Development and Tohoku Electric Power, has decided to select wind turbines developed by MHI Vestas Offshore Wind for the offshore wind farm being developed offshore of Yurihonjo city in Akita Prefecture (Japan). The Project has been under development since 2015 and the Project is expected to have a total capacity of approximately 700 MW.
