CDWE has secured a contract from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to handle the transport and installation of foundations and the offshore substation for the Fengmiao 1 offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
The scope includes the transport and installation of 33 jacket foundations, the pin piles securing them to the seabed, and the offshore substation. For the project, CDWE will deploy its offshore installation vessel, Green Jade. Installation work is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. CDWE is a joint venture between Taiwan-based shipbuilder CSBC and Deme.
