GE Vernova and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) have signed a contract worth over €700 million for the Teruel wind project. GE Vernova will supply, install, and commission 125 6.1-158 wind turbines.
The agreement includes a 15-year full service contract. The Teruel project will have an installed capacity of around 760 MW. CIP plans to invest approximately €1 billion in construction, with an additional €1.4 billion for operation and maintenance. The project is awaiting Administrative Authorisation for Construction (AAC) to commence.
