GeoSea has secured a new EPCI contract for the design, supply and installation of the foundations and another contract for the installation of 15 wind turbines for the Kentish Flats Extension Offshore Wind Farm from Vattenfall.
Kentish Flats Extension is a new offshore wind project situated off the North Kent coast (UK) and is an extension to the existing Kentish Flats Wind Farm. For this job, GeoSea will design, supply and install 15 wind turbine foundations deploying one of its jack-up vessels. Subsequently, GeoSea will install 15 wind turbines. Works will start in the spring of 2015.
