Inox Wind’s subsidiary, Inox Green Energy Services Limited (IGESL), sells its entire equity shareholding held in Wind One Renergy Limited, Wind Three Renergy Limited, and Wind Five Renergy Limited, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) to Adani Green Energy Limited with a total capacity of 250MW.
Each SPV commissioned 50MW and Inox Wind won the 250MW in the SECI Tranche 1 auction at a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.46/-unit for 25 years for sale to PTC India. Inox Wind, through its SPV, has supplied, erected and commissioned 25 units of its 2MW wind turbines with a hub height of 92 metres and a rotor diameter of 113 metres. IGESL will provide long-term operations and maintenance services for these projects.
