Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has been selected to play a key role in TenneT’s High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) offshore wind programme.
In collaboration with Hitachi Energy, L&T will deliver HVDC converter stations to support the integration of large-scale renewable energy into the European grid across the Dutch and German North Sea sectors. The nomination follows TenneT’s cancellation of the contract with Petrofac.
