Qualitas Energy has announced the acquisition of a 91 MW wind portfolio from PNE. The portfolio includes six projects at various stages of development.
Three wind farms in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Brandenburg, with a combined capacity of 40.6 MW, will be acquired on a turnkey basis and are already under construction. The portfolio is further expanded through the acquisition of rights to greenfield projects in Hesse, planned to deliver 50.4 MW.
