Qualitas Energy has been awarded contracts for three onshore wind projects in the February auction held by the Federal Network Agency in Germany. The projects have a combined capacity of 126 MW.
The projects are located in Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg and include a total of 18 wind turbines. The February auction was oversubscribed, with 924 bids totalling 7,858 MW submitted for an available volume of 3,445 MW.
Qualitas Energy has a portfolio of more than 100 wind energy projects and a development pipeline of around 3 GW in Germany.
